NBA reporter Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting the Cleveland Cavs just fired head coach, David Blatt. The move comes as a shock in the middle of a season where the Cavs are in first place in the Eastern conference and a virtual lock to make it back to the NBA finals!

The Cavs are currently 30-11 but apparently that wasn’t good enough for Blatt to keep his job. We can only assume that Lebron had some type of say in this decision as well.
People have been calling for Blatt to get fired almost since he got the job. Most people felt he wasn’t capable of coaching a star like Lebron and handling the task at hand. I mean he obviously did somewhat of a good job seeing as the Cavs are easily the best team in the east since his hiring but a roster including Bron, Kyrie & Kevin Love kinda helps with that too.
Not long after the announcement, the team had another announcement, this once acknowledging assistant coach Tyronn Lue has agreed to a multi year contract to coach the team.
Quite a shake up for the best team in the conference but clearly some people within the organization don’t believe the team can beat the best of the west with Blatt at the helm.
