With the passing of both her husband and her brother, this past week has been extremely hard for singer, Celine Dion and her family. On friday the singer said goodbye to her husband and now just a day later, Celine must mourn her older brother Daniel as well.

On friday Celine Dion’s heartbreak continued as she said her last goodbye’s to her husband Rene Angelil who passed away to cancer. And just a day after that Dion continued to mourn as she and her family gathered together to remember her older brother Daniel Dion who passed away from cancer as well about a week ago.

The family gathered to pay tribute at Salon Charles Rajotte in Repentigny from 2-5 p.m. on saturday. The funeral will be held monday at the St-Simon-et-Jude parish in Charlemagne, Quebec where the Dion family was raised.

Daniel was 59 and said to be a very ” Gentle and reserved man of many talents” According to People.
