IFWT_Lil_Wayne_Lawsuit
Lil Wayne has recently been hit with a lawsuit due to him refusing to pay the lawyers who represented him against Signature Jets. Back in October of 2015, Wayne was ordered to pay $2 million to the private jet company. According to Wayne, he paid the lawyers everything he owed. The rapper claims that he was overcharged and does not owe them anything.

Wayne’s defense documents said,

“Plaintiff’s claims are barred…in light of the fact that among other things, the amount alleged to be owed exceeds the fair, equitable, and/or reasonable value of goods and/or services received.”

The firm says that Wayne owes them about $80,000 for their representation. This isn’t the first time we have heard of Wayne ditching lawyer fees. He was also sued by the lawyer who helped him in the Birdman and Cash Money case. After a while, that lawyer dropped the suit.

From the looks of it, this company is not tryna hear it. They want Wayne to pay up ASAP.
