On Tuesday night the Los Angeles Lakers took on the Minnesota Timberwolves. There was a familiar face for Kobe Bryant, Sam Mitchell, the new head coach of the Timberwolves, was the head coach of the Toronto Raptors that faithful night when the Black Mamba scored 81 points. Mitchell probably thought things would go a lot smoother this time around with Bryant struggling but instead, Kobe scored a season-high of 38 points including seven three-pointers as the Lakers ended a 10-game losing streak with a 119-115 win over the Timberwolves.
After the game, Mitchell did not hold back in expressing how he felt about Bryant.
Sam Mitchell said Kobe Bryant a “top 5, 6, 7 player” & added: “I hate him. If I don’t ever see him again, it will be too soon. I hate him.”

Kobe was told of Sam’s comments and had a hearty laugh before saying “thanks for the hate”.
