In the most adorable engagement ever, a 5-year-old proposes to his favorite nurse with a ring he made from colored pipe cleaners and a bead. He even gets down on one knee!

Sarah Richardson was the very first nurse to care for 5-year-old Gideon Richardson after he was diagnosed with Leukemia. The young boy’s family gives Sarah all of the credit for teaching them how to care him as they adjusted to their new reality. Of course she said yes, who could say no?!

According to the NY Daily News, Robinson was diagnosed with type B acute lymphoblastic leukemia in November and has been receiving treatment at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego for the life-threatening illness.
