The 47th Annual NAACP Image Awards return to the Pasadena Civic Auditorium tonight, as we celebrate another year of phenomenal work by some of our favorite Actors, Actress’ & Artist. Celebrities of all calibers unite to celebrate the many talents and ideas that they all brought to life in the past year. Anthony Anderson returns for the third year of hosting the NAACP awards. He, himself represents an iconic image for his witty nature and familiar face in comedy history. Gabriel Union shows off her beautiful black dress as she heads out the door to the attend. The Brothers of Empire’s Lyon’s Family receive awards already as Jussie Smollett who plays Jamal & Hykeem played by Bryshere Graye turn heads this year as Taraji P Henson is awarded for Outstanding Actress in a Drama series.
John Legend not only gets to become a father this year but his adorable pregnant Chrissy Teigen shows off her baby bump by letting the world known John is receiving this year’s President’s Award. Everyone from Mike Epps to the lovely Tracee Ellis Ross is in attendance. The energy and talent in that venue is through the roof as we celebrate another year of Art, Music and both Big and Small Screen attributes.
