Steph Curry will be back to defend his three point championship title for all-star weekend and you can bet the rest of the field wishes he wasn’t. The league made the announcement yesterday and Steph will have many worthy foes, including his own teammate, Klay Thompson.
Golden State Warriors guards Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson will continue their rivalry in the Foot Locker Three-Point Contest in Toronto, bringing the Splash Brothers back to an event that at least for this year may have supplanted the dunk contest as the most entertaining of All-Star Weekend.
Curry, the defending champion, hit 13 in a row last year, fighting off Thompson and Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving in the final.
Facing Curry and Thompson are Clippers guard J.J. Redick, Bucks swingman Khris Middleton, Rockets guard James Harden, Heat forward Chris Bosh, Raptors guard Kyle Lowry and Suns guard Devin Booker.
