As Yo Gotti says, “it goes down in the DM” and that statement is absolutely a fact. We all can remember a few moments where people have been super thirsty to hop in our DM’s whether on Instagram or Twitter. Cardi B shares some of her crazy DM stories and also how to approach her in the DM or if you even should try to approach her at all.
Cardi B has truly worked hard for her Instagram followers. Her hilarious videos and also being apart of the Love and Hip-Hop family has played a big part in the following.
During an interview, Cardi shared some of her DM messages. These guys truly go crazy for Cardi. Her curve game is too real. We all know Cardi loves her some Tommy so I’m sure she is not worried about these Instagram thirsties.
Cardi was asked how she felt about people sliding in her DM’s. Her response was,
“I’m not really a DM person. A lot of people just be trying to set you up. They’ll say, “I’ll fly you out for $10,000,” and then you be like, “Send me a direct deposit.” Then they be like, “Ah ha! She’s a hooker. Look at that!” But that’s just not really my style. When I was 19 and Instagram came out, there wasn’t even DM. There was this guy. I was liking his pictures and he was liking mine so we exchanged numbers. He was so beautiful. He was like a dark milk chocolate with some dreadlocks and everything. He looked like a Jamaican god. When I saw him, he was ugly as hell. After that, I don’t even try it. Some people look better in person and some people are ugly as hell in person. So I don’t want to take my chances. If a guy is trying to pursue a female, just send her pictures of something she can never afford.”
She was then asked the question all guys wanna know, How can someone holla at Cardi. She says,
“You know what I hate? I hate when guys be like, “Let me take you out to dinner.” I don’t want to eat. I want to shop. That’s what I want.”
Well now that we know Cardi is not much into the who DM thing, don’t try to slide in hers because you will be highly disappointed.
