Apparently this man had too much to drink. A video shows a Kuwait man walking in the middle of a busy road with his pants falling down. He then climbs on top of a car, while the car was backing out. The man starts tweaking! Mind you, theres a cop car right next to the car he hops on! What is wrong with this man! If you know you can not control your liquor, DO NOT DRINK!
The cop then steps out his his car to address the drunken man. Whatever the officer said to the man clearly made him twerk like Miley because he is seen shaking his butt a few seconds after he is addressed. Then suddenly, he roundhouse kicks the officer. He knocks the officer unconscious and continues to kick him while he’s down. This is unbelievable!
