First off WTF is a boxer braid and since when is Kim Kardashian the creator of them? So basically MTV UK renamed cornrows and they are now called boxer braids *rolls eyes* I love Kim but she is not the creator of “boxer braids.” Cornrows have been a hair style that people have worn for centuries. BYE MTV UK! You tried it.

MTV UK decided to say that Kim Kardashian is the creator of “boxer braids.” I am not sure what a boxer braid is but it looks like cornrows to me. MTV UK went on to credit the reality star for setting the hair braided trend that has trickled into fashion, being worn by the likes of Hailey Baldwin and her own Kylie Jenner. This is a pretty bold assessment since black girls have been wearing cornrows for centuries. TRY AGAIN MTV UK!
