The Golden Raspberry Awards are in full affect and this year they are showing absolutely no mercy to the contenders. To no one’s surprise ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ ranked in multiple nominations and took home many golden raspberries including the Worst Film award along side ‘Fantastic Four’.

For those of you who don’t know, the Golden Raspberry Awards, often shortened to “Razzies,” is an awards show dedicated to honoring the worst in film for the year. ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ brought home the biggest awards of the night; the Worst Film award, the Worst Male Actor award for Jamie Dornan who played Christian Grey, and the Worst Female Actor award for Dakota Johnson who played Anastasia Steele.

Luckily for the films director, Sam Taylor-Johnson, he was saved the embarrassment when he was beaten by Fantastic Four’s director for the Worst Director award.

Many household names including Sandra Bullock, Halle Berry, and Sylvester Stallone have been proud recipients of the award. The show is a spoof of the Oscars and usually airs right before the awards show.
