Fan is short for fanatic and that’s exactly what this person is.  Tattoo artist Steve Butcher uploaded video and photos on his Instagram page of a sick James Harden leg tattoo.  The detail on the tattoo is absolutely incredible but I’ll refrain from judging the customer on his subject choice.
