Three men were filming their YouTube show, Here’s 2 The Throne, over the weekend at an NYC housing project, and ended up being arrested for their fake weapons.
“These guys are extremely lucky they weren’t shot,” a police source told the NY Post. “Nobody knew at first whether it was fake or not. This just demonstrates the restraint that the NYPD cops show on a daily basis.”

One of the actors was a 38-year-old MTA bus driver by the name of Aaron Beam, who despite explaining to the cops that his gun was a prop, they still took him in on weapons-possession charge. His two co-stars were hit with charges of disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
Beam’s weapons charge was later dropped when cops confirmed he was indeed holding a BB gun.
What are your thoughts? Are you happy that the cops responded so swiftly, and unlike other related incidents, didn’t react by immediately shooting? Or are you upset these guys were taken in at all? I’m on the fence…
I was just upset that the post tried to portray us in a negative light. Other then that the cops could of let us go. But i understand that thay had to to there job.
