Tyronn Lue might be saying the right things now but when Iman Shumpert forgot he was the coach and thought he was an equipment manager, Lue sure seemed to feel a certain way about it. With all the controversy surrounding the Cavs recently, fans noticed that during the loss to the Rockets this week, Lebron seemed to have more authority as coach since he wasn’t playing and the guys appeared to be listening more to him than Lue. To make things worse, late in the game, Shumpert threw his towel on Lue without even thinking about it. He likely didn’t mean anything by it but it was another example of people to point out that players don’t respect him. He says he had no idea it happened.

Lue told Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com that he’s not angry at swingman Iman Shumpert for using him as a towel rack during Tuesday’s game.

“I didn’t even notice it,” Lue said of the incident. “Somebody later brought it to my attention. It’s not something I’m concerned with. Him and me are cool. When did it happen?”

Watch that video again and tell me he doesn’t get pissed off when he realized what Shump did. As head coach though, he is doing the right thing by playing it off and letting it go.
