41-year-old Telly Shadell Corey of Tennessee was arrested last week and charged with indecent exposure. Police were called to a Coralville bus station for an arriving Megabus for a man exposing his penis to a female passenger.

According to a complaint made by bus passengers, Corey “played with his penis in his sweatpants before masturbating up to three hours” because he thought a fellow female passenger was “enjoying it.”

Before Corey was arrested he was read his Miranda rights and admitted to the act because he thought the woman was enjoying it because she didn’t say anything.
