Andrew Jackson is being replaced on the $20 bill, by none other than a woman. That woman is Harriet Tubman.
Treasury Secretary, Jack Lew, announced last summer that a redesigning of the $10 dollar bill was set to include the face of a woman. After Jack Lew received tons of backlash, he reconsidered. Reportedly a source told CNN that instead of Alexander Hamilton being replaced on the $10 bill, it will be Andrew Jackson being replace on the $20 bill. Jack Lew is expected to make the announcement this week.
