Coachella is lit. How lit? I’m talking Killer Mike and Nas on the same stage type lit. During their set, Run the Jewels decided to bring out none other than the legendary, and one of a kind MC, Nas.

Killer Mike himself has been very busy. If he’s not working on music, I’m sure you’ve seen him promoting the hell out of Bernie Sanders. But most of the work has obviously paid off considering the W’s Bernie’s been taking lately in the primaries/caucuses and also this little introduction that Sanders’ blessed the Run the Jewels and the Coachella audience with.

Politics aside, Run the Jewels wanted to bring vibrant energy to the Coachella crowd. Yes, their critically acclaimed songs off of Run the Jewels 1 and 2 would normally get the job done, but they had something else in mind. This is where Nas comes in.
This wasn’t the first time they’ve done this though and its not surprising considering that Run The Jewels released their latest album through Nas’ Mass Appeal Records. But its mostly not surprising because Nas has performed “Made U Look” during Run the Jewels’ Northside Festival set. I could just imagine what that would’ve been like at a larger concert venue, like Coachella. Dream no further my friends…
