The top two picks of the 2016 NFL Draft weren’t really a surprise to anybody but now they are official. The Los Angeles Rams selected California quarterback, Jared Goff with the number one overall selection. The Philadelphia Eagles also hope they found their quarterback of the future in Carson Wentz out of North Dakota State.
