According to the affidavit filed by Dominic Casey, Jose Baez told him that Casey Anthony admitted to killing her daughter and dumping the body. The alleged statement occurred on July 26, 2008, just two weeks after Anthony’s mother reported her granddaughter missing.

Skeletal remains of Caylee Anthony’s body were found nearly six months later about half a mile from Casey Anthony’s home.

Dominic Casey also claimed he once saw Casey Anthony naked in Baez’s private office during an unexpected visit. The P.I. claimed “Casey told me she had to do what Jose said because she had no money for her defense.”

Baez denies all allegations of exchanging sex for any legal services.

“I unequivocally and categorically deny exchanging sex for my legal services with Ms. Anthony. I further unequivocally and categorically deny having any sexual relationship with Ms. Anthony whatsoever.”

Baez said in a statement.

Baez also threatened to sue Dominic Casey over his “ridiculous” allegations.
