Lil Yachty recently sat down with Mass Appeal for their ‘Time Alone‘ segment, where an artist interviews themselves, and it’s the greatest thing I’ve seen all year.

18-year-old Yachty is one of the more popular new artists, and is likely going to land a spot on XXL‘s annual Freshmen issue next month. His mix of rapping and singing on whimsical beats (typically made by his go-to producer, Burberry Perry) has me hooked, mostly because the content is so ridiculous that it’s hilariously entertaining. For example, Yachty remixed the theme song to Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood earlier this month and had Kylie Jenner join him, and you can check that out here.
