Following the Webster Hall fiasco, the NYPD says that Kanye will not be facing any charges. Former NYPD detective Nick Casale says Kanye did not cross any boundaries.
He says,
“His actions Sunday were irresponsible, which would almost be a compliment for a guy like Kanye. In my opinion, what he did Sunday night did not cross the threshold of criminality.”
Lauren Epstein, a restaurant manager who got arrested during the fiasco said it was not even worth it. She said,
“It wasn’t worth 16 hours in jail. Maybe Beyoncé would be, but not this.”
