A 56-year-old woman from Chester Virginia was killed Wednesday evening on Virginia Beach, when a strong gust of wind blew a beach umbrella into her chest, and killed her instantly. The winds were up to 30mph Police says she had life threating injuries when she got to the hospital. People were shock when they witnessed this incident.
