We all look at Chipotle as the “McDonalds” of Mexican food. With fastfood restaurants, there are always healthier choices on their menu. Devin Cunningham loves Chipotle and wanted to take on a challenge of eating Chipotle everyday for a year and see if he can actually lose weight.

He is on day 319 and actually lost body fat and bulked on muscle. He stated, “Actually I bulked up from 156 to 172 pounds and cut down to 146 pounds at 8 percent to 9 percent body fat.” His secret is eating from chipotle and spend an hour to an hour and a half in the gym 6 days a week. Wow, I hope this motivates all the fast food eating population of America!
