Despite being arrested, a Texas man named Christopher Johnson was NOT letting police officers take his joy. After smiling for a mugshot, he claimed he was choked and is now suing for some big bucks. Hit the jump to find out how much!
Christopher Johnson was being his usual self and ready to pose for his mugshot, but when he was all smiles the cops weren’t too happy about that. Christopher claims the police choked him for 30 seconds, and they told him repeatedly to stop smiling.
Christopher said in the lawsuit,
“This is how I always take my pictures.”
However, Johnson plans to sue for 5 Million dollars. The county police department assures that they were only following procedure and did nothing wrong.
