Future has reportedly dropped the counter-suit he brought against his ex and son’s mother, Ciara. The suit stemmed from Ciara’s initial $15 million defamation lawsuit filed in February, accusing him of defamation, slander and libel for his negative tweets and comments about her earlier in the year.

Sandra Rose reports that Future’s suit has been dropped without prejudice, which means that he can’t re-file unless Ciara violates the terms of an agreement they’ve since developed. No word on whether Ciara will be dropping her suit as well, but if they can work it all out, I’m sure that she will! I’m pretty sure the suit was filed merely to make a statement and not actually get money out of him. What do you think?
