The woman identified as Lyntell Washington, 40, was missing for eight days before her missing body was discovered. She was found in a ditch. The affair was between Marks and Washington. Marks was in custody since Washington went missing. He was being held for kidnapping. Now that Washington’s body has been recovered, Marks is being charged for first-degree murder and first-degree feticide. He was to be the father of the unborn child. Washington was five-months along. Two lives taken too soon. Sleep in peace.
