Being that Whitney Houston had a successful music/acting career, she left behind many valuables. Recently, we informed you about Whitney Houston’s estate plan of auctioning some of her valuables including her 1986 Emmy Award.

Well it looks like that wont be happening at all. When bringing up the 1986 Emmy Award in a federal court, the judge denies Whitney’s estate of auctioning the award. After the hearing, the Associated Press was able to get a statement from a spokesmen from Heritage Auction where the spokesman stated:

““We fought the good fight, but we respect the court’s decision.”

Even though the 1986 Emmy Award wont be up for grabs, the singer still has other valuables still in the process of being auctioned.
