Desiigner’s newest song Timmy Tuner has become a thing. Since he released his first freestyle after being listed as a part of XXL Magazine 2016 Freshman Class, the song is causing some buzz. Although it’s hard to make out what he is saying while listening to the song let me break it down to you. He says “Timmy Timmy Timmy Turner, he be wishing for a burner. Kill everybody walkin; he know that his soul in the furnace. Fine b*tch on BET hottie wildin, she fu**ing on BET.” As most of us are questioning why is he rapping about Timmy Turner it turns out that he is in fact Timmy Turner.

In a recent interview with Desiigner, he said, “Timmy Tuner is me. I was referring to myself when I was saying I ‘was wishin’ for a burner.’ And when I said ‘she fuckin’ for BET,’ I was referring to a girl that, you know, would do anything for the fame.”

And the line when he said he knows his soul was in the furnace, if you were wondering what that meant he gave an explanation for that as well. He said

“…because if I know that I wish for the burner, and she knows that she would do anything for the fame, you know you go to hell.”

So there it is! The meaning behind Timmy Turner. Basically Desiigner is Timmy Turner and he was wishing for a gun and a fame-driven girl.
