Recently we learned that there was a bench warrant out for Tyga’s arrest due to not paying his former land lord. Well Tyga figured that jail was not for him as he cut that check to avoid doing time.
Even though Tyga’s former landlord had a $480,000 judgment for back rent and damage to the Malibu rental. Tyga settled for less that $480,000. Tyga’s lawyer is going to court Friday to ask the judge to withdraw the settlement due to the fact that they have reached an agreement. The judge can either approve this motion or deny it due to Tyga not even showing up to court. I mean, why should he be shown any mercy.
