29-year-old , Matthew Ryan Desha has recently been charged with the murder of a Twinsburg woman. His bond was set to $1 million.
Deborah Pearl was on her way to Richmond Road in Solon when she entered an intersection on Solon Road. Desha ran through a red light hitting Pearls car. His car rolled multiple times. Desha then got out of his car with his rifle and shot Pearl from the passenger side of her car. Pearl was taken to the hospital where she passed away. So sad.
