Police believed that Perez shot and killed Mohammed Robinson. The argument was over Robinson not holding the door for a customer. Perez was booked on Tuesday night into Clark County Detention Center on suspicion of discharging a weapon, and assault with a deadly weapon as well as a previous domestic battery charge for a total of $53,000 bail. In a video we can see Perez escaping by straight picking the cuffs off and climbing out of the top of the building.
