Earlier today an explosion rocked Manhattan in which 26 people were hospitalized. At first it was not sure what the cause was but now a second device has been found. The device is a pressure cooker. NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio has gone on camera to say it is an intentional act. Footage has now also surfaced of the blast. Peep the video and the pic of the second device in the gallery after the jump.
