Houston’s transportation authority released the video Monday. In the footage we see the Metro officers, Daniel Reynoso and Jairus Warren, who is black, approaching the homeless man at the station. The man’s name is Darrell Giles. Giles and Warren exchanged words before Giles stands up. It was not long until Giles got beat with a baton by Warren. Reynoso ended up stopping Warren but helps him pin Giles down with one knee in his back.

Warren has since resigned from his position. Reynoso has been cleared but will be required to take additional training.
