It might be quiet for the circus coming to the big apple. The Ringling Bros. Circus has been up and running for over 130 years. There is now a concern over animal rights.
The circus stopped using Elephants last year which was a hint on its on. NYC is working on a new bill that states, they are banning any exotic animals such as elephants, tigers, lions, and monkeys, from being used as entertainment anywhere in the city. This means that the Ringling Brothers Circus an all other circuses can not use the animals in NYC.
