A leaked sex tape from Adrien Broner’s phone just cost the boxer $175,000 in court. Broner had made the video with two willing women but neither of them ever consented to Broner showing it to the public. The sex tape somehow made it’s way to World Star but Broner denied he was the one who uploaded it because he had lost that phone. The jury actually sided with him but still found him negligent.

According to Broner, he always has three phones. A business phone, a family phone and a “ho phone” (his actual words). He said he never put a password lock on the ho phone because he never felt a need to. It was that phone that he used to record the threesome and it was that phone that he claims he lost a long time ago.

One of the woman involved sued Broner for the leak and despite the jury believing him that he wasn’t the person who intentionally shared the video, they still found him liable. He was ordered to pay about $40,000 to lose wages to the woman plus another $135,000 for pain and suffering.

The plaintiff’s attorney, Kevin Hansen, tells TMZ Sports, “I’m happy to see that the jury saw through the defendant’s games. They saw [my client] for who she is and Broner for who he is.”

Lock those phones fellas.
