There has been a video clip going around of Fetty Wap and ex girlfriend Alexis Skyy partaking in sexual activity. Fetty Wap is now having his legal team clear his name in the case. Wap’s camp says he had nothing to do with the leaking of the tape.
Wap’s lawyers have now taken over the case and have sent a letter to Alexis Skyy saying if she had any part of the leakage a lawsuit will be filed against her. Fetty’s camp will not confirm whether or not it is him on the footage. Fetty was under the impression that only he and Alexis had possession of the video. Both of them have also sign off on any distribution deal. Alexis’ attorney, Eric Croone, says the video was leaked without her permission, and she’s considering legal action too.
