Weezy one ups his artist Drake by surpassing his record of most songs on the Hot 100 charts.

You have to wonder, if Wayne wasn’t legally bound from releasing music in the past 2 years would Drake have even got that record to begin with? Well somehow Weezy was able to get his feature on Wale’s new song “Running Back” and so far it’s charted at no. 58 on the Hot 100.

This feature marks Lil Wayne’s 133rd hit record, breaking his tie with Drake for the most of all time among artists (the Glee cast has charted 207 times, but it’s really a collection of singers.) Drake originally tied Wayne for the bragging rights in December when the Gucci Mane feat. Drizzy track “Both” charted.

I’m sure Drake will grab hold of the record once again after his next project ‘More Life’ comes out, but so will Wayne if #C5 ever drops! But at least now it’s neck and neck.
