Gucci Mane and Nicki Minaj were tight in the late 00’s, after Nicki had signed on to the same management company that Gucci was on, Mizay Entertainment. (Mizay is ran by Debra Antney, the mother of Waka Flocka.)
The pair often collaborated on songs together, but as Nicki’s star was rising and Gucci found himself in and out of jail, the pair appeared to lose contact. In 2013, Gucci even dissed Nicki in a bizarre Twitter rant, which we later found out was the result of a drug binge he’d later fix while in a lengthy jail bid. Upon his release in 2016, Gucci sat down with our very own Funk Flex and revealed he hadn’t been in contact with Nicki since, but it’s clearly all water under the bridge now!

In the same month that we saw Nicki patch things up with Drake and Gucci patch things up with Rocko, the “Slumber Party” collaborators teamed back up again this week, and made fans quite happy when posting the photo below.
Can we get some more collabs ASAP?!
