It’s going to take a while before D’Angelo Russell can completely move on from this mess. He’s said that he’s hated everywhere he goes and that includes right at home in the Staples Center.
The Los Angeles Lakers beat the Miami Heat 102-100 on Wednesday night. Though they were on Laker turf, Russell was hit with some boos during his player intros. A few people cheered for the remorseful young guard, but you could definitely hear the boos raining down.
Luckily for Russell, the season is almost over and some of the heat will die down.
