The Rock Promises Jumanji Reboot Will Honor Robin Williams Properly

As previously reported, The Rock has signed on to be a part of the reboot of the 1995 Robin Williams box office smash, Jumanji. It’s left many fans of the original film apprehensive, however, as reboots can certainly go left, and with Williams no longer with us, he’s not here to have any input. The Rock promises to do it right, though. “An important thing that I want to be honest and bring up is Robin Williams,” he wrote on Twitter. “The love and respect I have for this man is boundless. You have my word, we will honor his name and the character of ’Alan Parrish’ will stand alone and be forever immortalized in the world of JUMANJI in an earnest and cool way. I have an idea of what to do and I think his family will be proud.” He also revealed some new details about the movie.

Robin Williams’ Wife Says She’s Getting Screwed Out Of Money!

Comedian Robin Williams’ took his life just a year ago, and he left his children and widow behind. However, his wife Susan Schneider is saying that she is getting shorthanded when it comes to Williams’ estate. Schneider filed a complaint saying she is not receiving enough money to pay for her mortgage, insurance and home maintenance for her house that she used to share with the deceased comedian in Tiburon, California. Although she did not mention a specific dollar amount in regards to how much her monthly living expenses are in the legal documents, she does say that whatever she is receiving now is simply “not enough.”

Almost one year ago on August 11th, the talented comedian Robin Williams’ life came to a very tragic end at the age of 63, leaving both his family and fans in utter disbelief. Unfortunately, he did not die due to natural causes or health reasons but instead he took his own life and committed suicide as the result of extreme depression that he suffered for over the years. Robin starred in some classic films such as Mrs. Doubtfire, Jumanji, The Bird Cage, Good Will Hunting and so many more along with the hit sitcom ‘Mork & Mindy.’ His legacy lives on from his two children Zelda Rae Williams and Cody Alan Williams and his wife, Susan Schneider.
