If you are already covered by your job or your parents, then no worries, but if not, please make sure you enroll in Obamacare! If not, not only will you have to pay out of pocket for regular and unexpected medical fees, but you’ll also have to pay the tax penalty under the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate. People who went without insurance for a long period last year must pay the greater of $95 or 1 percent of their household income above the filing threshold this year. What in the WORLD?! Oh man, the first flick of the tattoo just put on is so disgusting I can’t even say much about it cause there really are no words for how bad it is. According to RO, “this Russian tattooist Ruslan Toumaniantz tattooed his name across his girlfriend Lesya’s face less than 24 hours after meeting her.” I don’t know how this poor young girl can live with this for the rest of her life, but the tattoo is HUGE. There’s more tattoo than face left. Mind you, SHE’S ONLY 18! Sometimes, I think 18 year olds still need parents’ permission for certain things and cannot & should not be allowed to make decisions like this!
