The video shows Ford hitting a crack pipe while his friend talks smack about the current Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, who was elected in 2015.

Former Toronto mayor Rob Ford has passed away at the age of 46, after a 2-year battle with cancer. In recent years, Ford became more infamous for being caught on camera smoking crack multiple while in office, than for his actual job title. He eventually went to rehab to seek help for his “problem with alcohol” for two months, then returned to office until the end of his term in 2014. That same year, Ford was diagnosed with pleomorphic liposarcoma, after a tumor was found in his abdomen. He underwent surgeries and multiple rounds of chemotherapy, but today, he has succumbed to the horrible disease. Ford is survived by his wife and 2 children. RIP.

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Diagnosed With “Aggressive” Cancer
Remember the crazy crack-smoking, beat making, Jamaican Patois speaking, dancing machine Toronto mayor Rob Ford? Well, the 45-year-old has been diagnosed with an extremely rare case of cancer by Dr. Zane Cohen that is spreading from his abdomen to his buttocks. This specific type of aggressive cancer usually affects patients over the age of 40. The doctor adds that the tumor seems to have been present in Ford’s body for two or three years and is spreading at a fast pace. The mayor will be starting chemotherapy this week.
