You know when someone is really drunk when they don’t even realize it themselves and they wanna convince you a million times, even when your not asking. I gotta give some credit to this cop for composing himself because this would be a hard guy to deal with, but he is hilarious. He tells the officer he has not been drinking and he wasn’t driving, even though there is literally boxes of open alcohol in the car and his car is damaged pretty bad.
