Happy First Day Of Spring!
Even though it’s been feeling like Spring for the past couple weeks, today is the first official day of the season! Get out and enjoy it because the weather is amazing! (In our neck of the woods, anyway!)

S&TC fans, this is for you! The awesome pad of Carrie Underwood’s that hit the small screen some 14 years ago now is up for sale in NYC, for a mere $9.65 million. The townhouse is at 64 Perry Street in New York’s West Village, and only two families have lived in the 5-bedroom, 4,100-square-foot 3-bathroom home since it was built in 1866!
“Rich in original details, such as herringbone wood floors with exquisite inlaid borders, 6 fireplaces with carved marble mantels, & beautifully proportioned rooms with ornate crown & ceiling moldings, the home is waiting to be restored to its original grandeur,” states the realtor.
