Stussy recently presented their lookbook for Fall/Winter 2013. They now have the visuals of different outfits for the collection. The collection features stax print, phython, oversized sweaters, bright varsity sweaters and more. This collection is not a striking one but still a collection that will not be on the racks for long. Stussy is known for keeping it very simple with just a printed logo. I would have enjoyed this collection a bit more if their was more actual street-wear incorporated in the collection. The Maison Martin Margiela x Converse First String has released more visuals of the 2013 collection. The very highly anticipated details are here and we still don’t have a release date yet but all we know is that they will be on racks later this month. As for the second pair from the collection you see that the shoe has been slightly dipped in paint of red and dark blue. As you can look at the fabric on the shoe you can tell that the shoe is in some kind of spectacular fabric. According to people who have checked out the shoe, people say that the kicks will fade eventually which will create a different shoe. The shoes are covered in premium leather lining the interior and of course you have some sneaker heads awaiting this arrival. Kicks: FIRST LOOK! Check Out The New Air Jordan 5 “Doernbecher”
The latest installment in the Doernbecher series pays homage to a young man named Isaac Arzate. Isaac had a love for sports, playing very successfully in both basketball & baseball. He suffered a massive heart attack and underwent surgery at Doernbecher. He was then invited to participate in the program and began sketching out some designs. Sadly, before he could finalize his sneaker, Isaac passed away in April 2013 of a fatal heart attack. With the help of his parents, Nike completed Issac’s design bringing it to life on an Air Jordan V. At first look it appears like an all black patent leather kick, but under black light a crazy glowing design appears. Glow-in-the-dark words to a poem written a day before his passing make up the whole upper. The #9 and #31 appear on the lower side, those were his jersey numbers when Issac play sports. The laces also glow then under the tongue you will find Isaac’s initials and date of birth. This very special sneaker [complete with flashlight] drops September 14th.
