(Video) Joey Bada$$ – Land Of The Free

Last week Joey Bada$$ revealed that his highly anticipated sophomore album “All-Amerikkkan Bada$$” will be released on April 7th. Today he returns with the official video for his politically charged single “Land Of The Free.” The Joey and Nathan R. Smith-directed video is powerful and may be hard to watch for some people, it depicts young black men and women being gunned down by white cops in the desert. These same police officers are then shown in KKK hoods as they watch a cross burn. Their’s even a shot of Joey hanging from a noose. If this song is any indication of the direction the album is going where going to be in for a real treat. Check out the video below.

Future is currently celebrating the success of his two albums Future and HNDRXX. The Atlanta rapper made history by having both albums reach no. 1 on the Billboards two weeks in a row. In support of the second project HNDRXX, Future went on to release the official video for “Use Me”.

Even though he was taken from us early his Street Execs family will make sure his legacy continues to live on through his music. Today they announce that Bankroll’s first posthumous album “In Bankroll We Trust” will be dropping on April 24th. Along with the announcement, they drop the visuals for his track “M.O.B.” which is off of Bankroll’s self-titled mixtape from 2015. The black and white video includes footage from live performances of Bankroll and shots of him kicking it in his neighborhood. It is also the last video he ever shot before his untimely death. Along with dropping “Don’t Smoke Rock”, earlier last year DZA also dropped “He Has Risen” his collaborative project with Harry Fraud. With a few days ago being the album’s anniversary, DZA revisits the project and releases the video for track 1 “Badabing’s Theme.” The Rook directed video finds Smoke DZA chilling with wifey before he heads out to handle some business as he puffs a cigar. Today he returns with the visuals to his Brent Faiyaz and Jefe fka Shy Glizzy assisted single “Crew.” The video finds Goldlink, Brent, and Jefe kicking with their friends on the basketball court and riding around the city. Keishia Cole is getting ready to drop a brand new project titled 1111 Reset this May. The R&B singer has already begun to push out her singles for the album, starting with “You”, a collaboration with Remy Ma and French Montana. In support of the record, Cole released the official video in which Remy and French help plot on her unfaithful ex.
