Congrats to Nicki Minaj for the continuing success of her debut album, Pink Friday!! She broke records with her first week, selling 375k…the biggest debut for a female rapper. She continued to go strong each week after…staying in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200. She sold an additional 102k her second week, went gold her third week after selling another 82k, then another 98k and now 133k to close out the year!! Her grand total is at around 790k. Well on her way to that platinum plaque!! Congrats!!

The B.E.P. really know what they’re doing!! Their music has been beyond successful as a group and will.i.am and Fergie both have also had great success as solo artists. Now a few members are branching into two new aspects of business…the book and movie world.

Will.i.am will do voiceovers for the upcoming cartoon (which is set to be a full-length film) and other notable actors including Tracy Morgan, Anne Hathaway and more will also lend their voice. The flick, centered around a little boy named Blue and his friend Jewel on their mission to Brazil, is set to hit theaters in April.

Group member Taboo is working on his new book as well. It will be an autobiography detailing his rise to fame with the BEP and the demons he fought along the way. Titled “Fallin Up: My Story,” the book is set to hit stores February 8th. Hit the jump for the link to pre-order your copy.

Nicole was let off probation 2 months early this morning. She was on probation for a DUI in 2006, where she was driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway.

Nicole’s lawyer went to court this morning and presented the judge with proof Nicole had completed all the terms of probation, including a great report from the alcohol ed program in which she’s been enrolled for the last 18 months. Full pic after the jump.

So yesterday Kimmy tweeted, “OMG u guys have no idea what I’m doing today! You are gonna DIE!!!!” followed shortly after with, “OMGGGG I’m nervous!!!!!!” She also said it’s going down in here, asked what her alter ego name should be and promised to Twitpic soon but couldn’t just yet. Admittedly I was semi interested…but then again this is the same girl who saw a preview of her new show “Kim and Kourtney Take NY” and tweeted she was “shaking it’s so good” ::Blank stare:: Anyway…come to find out, she hit the studio with Yeezy!! She was spotted entering a Culver City, CA studio that Ye was also spotted entering. This Kim K album seems to really be happening, huh? Oh boy.

There were some really great first week sales this week! Keyshia and Keri both debuted well, pushing 128k and 94k units, respectively. Jamie Foxx made his biggest debut ever…pushing 144k units of “Best Night of My Life”, landing him at number 6. Rounding out the Top 10 are Taylor Swift at number 1 with “Now”, Susan Boyle’s “The Gift”, The “Glee” Christmas album, Jackie Evancho’s “O Holy Night”, Michael Jackson’s “Michael”, Eminem’s “Recovery” (over 3 mil now!), Rihanna’s “Loud” and Nicki Minaj holding strong with another 133k!!

Diddy had a great second week with Dirty Money!! TI continues to do numbers from behind bars and Yeezy is well on his way to that platinum plaque standing at 824k after this week. Hit the jump for full details.
