Curren$y and Smoke DZA took to Twitter over the weekend and revealed they have a collaborative EP on the way, set to be entirely produced by Harry Fraud. Unlike Wale and Meek Mill’s recent “announcement,” this one’s actually for real. “The Stage” is set to include four songs, and should be good, as Spitta, Fraud and DZA have all collaborated numerous times in the past. While talking to WM40A at the A3C festival in ATL this past weekend, DJ Premier revealed that he and Nas will soon be releasing a collaborative album! The project has been in the works for years, but Premo made it sound pretty clear that it’s definitely going to be happening as soon as Nas puts out his next album on Def Jam. The Federal Reserve will be releasing brand new, re-designed $100 bills tomorrow, in an ongoing effort to prevent counterfeiting. The new bills feature updated anti-counterfeit measures including raised printing, microprinting, and color shifting images. The old ones will be gradually removed from circulation by banks and the Federal Reserve.

Amanda Bynes infamously was offered a record deal at the peak of her crazy behavior, with Waka Flocka even stepping up to be involved in the project. Unfortuntay, now that she’s in a mental ward for what seems like it’s going to be quite some time, the money that Chinga Chang Records CEO Dan Herman had put up for the troubled actress is now going to someone else: Cassidy! Dan just really wants to throw way $250k, huh? “I mean it’s incredible that I’m finally back linking up with a major, but this time around I got total control,” Cas said of the new deal. “Me and D have the same mentality on this game.” He also took the time to throw some shots at people that aren’t checking for him: “We recognize that people like Meek Mills, Drake and all those other clowns on the radio are feminizing the game. Skinny jeans? C’mon!” His album will be called Mr. Hip Hop, “because we gotta obligations to give a classic album to my fans.”
Kanye West Sentenced In Paparazzi Beatdown Case
Kanye West’s lawyer Blair Berk appeared for him in court this morning for the sentencing of his paparazzi beat-down case. He has been ordered to stay 10 yards away from the photog, but prosecutors got shut down when they asked that Kanye attend anger management classes. The judge also told prosecutors to tell the photog (Daniel Ramos) to stay away from Kanye as well. Seems like he got off pretty damn good! Go Yeezy!
