Just a few minutes ago, J. Cole took to Twitter to reveal the release date for his highly anticipated sophomore album, Born Sinner. Fans have been waiting for a new project from Jermaine since he dropped his debut almost 2 years ago now! (It was September of 2011…) B.S. was originally slated to come out on January 28th of this year, but J revealed on New Year’s Eve that wasn’t happening. Now we have a new date, and hopefully this one sticks! However, there is one rapper that may be hoping it DOESN’T stick…Wale’s The Gift drops the very same day. That may be a fun, friendly competition though, and help drive both artists’ sales..a la the Kanye vs. 50 Cent album face-off in 2007. What do you think? Jay-Z’s “Made In America” Festival Is Returning To Philly This Labor Day Weekend
For the second year in a row, Jay-Z and Budweiser’s “Made In America” festival will go down in Philly over the Labor Day Weekend (August 31st to September 1st.) No acts have been announced just yet, but Spotify will reveal all on April 10th. I’ve been given the heads up on one of the acts, though, and I know people are going to enjoy his show! And they’ll likely be rolling up while doing so, LOL! Can’t wait to see what goes down this year.
Damn, Kanye West Is Being Sued For WHAT!?
Kanye West is getting sued for sampling a portion of the 1970s song “Bumpin’ Bus Ride” by the band Thunder and Lightning . Kanye used the words ‘get down’ in his 2005 hit, “Gold Digger”. Why they’re suing 8 years later we’re not sure, but I guess better late than never! Click below for more information.
Beyonce & Jay-Z’s Trip To Cuba WAS Approved By U.S. Government
Beyonce and Jay-Z traveled to Cuba over the weekend to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary, but caught heat afterwards since the country isn’t on the best of terms with the U.S. Cuba is technically off-limits to American tourists by law, but apparently all is well…because the power couple had their trip approved beforehand! The thing is, Americans CAN go to Cuba if they get the proper license to do so…and since Bey and Jay’s visit was a “cultural” one (no meeting with officials or dong tourist things like beach trips)…they were good to go. C’mon, you know these two wouldn’t be caught slipping like, ever!

Kim Kardashian stepped out enjoying the Spring weather in Calabasas over the weekend, linking with mom Kris Jenner for a bite to eat near their respective residences. Dressed perfectly for the season, Kimmy showed off her growing bump in a coral jumpsuit, paired with an Hermes bag and Alaia sandals. More photos in the gallery! The baby is due in July.

Some people just really need a beat down. These pitiful teens, Elvin Alvarez, 18 and a 16-year-old were caught robbing 58-year-old, Norma Holmes, a woman with cerebral palsy, bound to a wheel chair. They stole the purse that was wrapped around her body, and got away with $40 and Holmes’ EBT card. Later the two were seen using the EBT card at a local grocery store. Need to be ashamed! Holmes is more upset with the fact that in her purse were pictures of her as a little girl – she can never get them back. What makes this all even worse, it that Alvarez was an active member in a program against, violence, being involved with gangs, etc. SUCKS! Jail time. Drop down bottom and check it out.
