Lindsay Lohan is expected to appear at court Monday morning in Los Angeles to address her lying to law enforcement charges, but according to TMZ she wasn’t on her Saturday evening flight back to LA. Instead Lohan went out to see a band in NYC called “City of the Sun” last night, planning to schedule a flight for later on tonight though she has yet to do so. If she cant make her court date a bench warrant will be put out for her and she surely doesn’t need that. She had better make that 8:30 AM PT court date or she’s going to be put in cuffs. T.I. And Tiny Announce Family Hustle Third Season Set To Air Next Month
T.I. and Tiny have shared their family with the world doing their Family Hustle reality series. The show has enjoyed major success being one of the top watched shows of its time slot, it also allows for people to see T.I. in a different light, as a father. With his slew of kids, there is never a dull moment in the Harris household, and they show how Tip juggles being a father, a music mogul, an actor, and a businessman. Tiny also gets to show of her beautiful family and what she is actively doing right now in her own light, working with her group the OMG girlz featuring her daughter, and on her own career separate from T.I. This show is an inspiration to many families out there who hope to one day enjoy the type of success that T.I. and Tiny have been able to achieve together. Uh-Oh!! Verdict In on Steubenville Rape Case?!?!
In the case of Trent Mays (17) and Ma’lik Richmond (16) they both have been found guilty of raping a girl at a wild party in celebration of the high school football team in Steubenville. The girl was intoxicated to the point of being unconscious when the boys began to perform sex acts on the girl. Witnesses at the party had varying accounts of what happened. Some said that the girl was fighting off anybody that tried to take her away from the boys, while others say that was impossible because the girl was sleeping. Either way she was definitely too intoxicated to consent and the boys should have known better. Today they learned the hard way, as they both were found guilty of the crime and will serve two years mandatory for Mays and one year for Richmond. It’s really sad to see these youths be ruined by the system, but if you do the crime, you have to do the time. Hit the jump for more.
Is Justin Timberlake Planning On Releasing More New Music In November?!
Although his latest album isn’t even out yet, it seems that Justin Timberlake is already planning on when to release even more new music. Justin took a break from publicly releasing music, but was constantly making new music so we know he’s sitting on a lot of unheard tracks. According to Questlove, the 20/20 Experience is a two part series and the second half is going to be released in November. Since the new album is only 10 tracks long, what Questo said really makes sense. It also sounds like Justin will be pleasing those looking for more FutureSex/LoveSounds sounding joints on his next album. Tone Loc Collapses On Stage After Seizure
Tone Loc was in the middle of performing yesterday when he suddenly collapsed on stage in Des Moines, Iowa. Tone, who has suffered from seizures in the past, had another one last night in from of his audience. Medics worked on Tone for about five minutes before taking him off the stage and to a near-by hospital. More details below.
R.I.P. Former Washington Governor, Booth Garner, Dies At Age 76
Booth Garner, former two-term Washington governor passed away on Friday at his Tacoma home. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease two years after he ended his last term as the state’s 19th governor. In his biography, he was asked how he wanted to be remembered, he said, “I tried to help people,” then goes on to say, “I got out of the office and talked with real people, and I think I made a difference.” We send our prayers and respect to his family!
